There supposed to be one bracket on each side of the microwave and that how it gets mounted to the cabinet. The way its mounted to the cabinets at the moment is from the trim screws. Units drain tube was clogged upon arrival. I removed it from the back compartment and cleared the inside. This was causing water to back up and leak into the back compartment and onto the floor as well. Unit will no longer be leaking after removing blockage. Job complete.

"Ran icemaker diagnostics, the icemaker would go through the harvest cycle, but would not fill. Found the water source off, turned the water on, ran diagnostics, same results. Accessed the rear of the unit, found the water line was not connected to the units water valve. The customer reports she had a fire in her kitchen, the company that worked on her kitchen, did not reconnect the water line to the unit when it was put back in place. Water flooded underneath the unit, pointed it out to the customer ( signed water waiver). Ran icemaker diagnostics, the icemaker went through harvest cycle and filled as designed. The unit is working as designed."

Lid lock not working correctly. Drain pump had a small leak. Replace lid lock and replace drain pump but found oil on clutch and belt. Replaced clutch and belt. Unit tested ok .......From 395 take 9 mike rd to grumpy bears retreat and take right on sakatar ranch and turn left at old corral crossing and take another left at long valley tail(which is also Kennedy meadows rd) past tuba talluval to bsb rd.
