F0 e5 and f8 e1 errors found out of balance and no fill long fill. Adjusted washer was not level. Customer is operating washer with one fill hose the cold. Advised that they need both hot and cold water supplies. Dont recommend they continue using the washer that way but if they are I recommend they use tap cold only and use a fill y to split the cold to both valves. Unit is working properly.

"Customer let me listen to a video which I could not really pick out any unusual noises , just the clicking of the items in the unit. If anything it sounds like the steamer valve opening without water. Checked cycles and found the steam option was ON and there is no water connected to the valve. Informed customer of my diagnosis."

JB Out 10/22/22. Customer states unit makes scraping noise while in use. Rinsed and spun dried towels in washer then tested dryer operation verified scrap sound in Normal dry cycle. Removed cabinet lid. Inspected and found LH side of cabined slightly pushed inward causing drum to scrap Cabinet. Adjusted LH cabinet ( pushed small dent on side of cabinet outward away from drum). Tested with some towels. Unit is no longer making scraping noise. Added more spun dry towels now equivalent to a large load of towels. Allowed unit to run with full load for about 30 minutes with customer. Unit is no longer making a scraping noise. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
