Inside the drum, there were a lot of feathers, the customer reports she washed a small pillow, and came apart inside the washer. "CX says the unit is leaking. Pulled out ran on power wash, and inspected the tub and all connections. Dur8ng wash and drain no leaks found. Signs of leaking under the unit but nothing correctly is leaking. Replaced gasket in case of door leaking. Test once more after install. No leaks."
