JB out 10/25/22 customer states when dishwasher drains the water shoots out of the air gap on top of the counter by the sink. test the dishwasher verified proper fill wash and drain functions. Advise customer of house plumbing issue causing water to flow onto the countertop from the air gap. The rubber hose from the air gap delivering green water to the garbage disposal is blocked. As this is house plumbing and not part of the dishwasher I am referring the customer to a qualified plumber to correct this issue. There is no mechanical problem with the dishwasher. No parts use. No charge to customer. Job complete

Check the unit for the drain hose at said on the tech sheet for this code, check for the drain hose and is no present on this unit.
