"Customer states that the oven will cancel a cycle or a timer sporadically. When this happens the clock is NOT reset. The UI and main control have been replaced previously. Called TID 85921013 for direction . They feel the unit is somehow loosing voltage momentarily, enough to cancel functions but not enough to reset the clock. They said I should look for loose connections from the power supply and the units connection to the supply voltage. Found power comes out of the wall behind the unit into a electrical box that is duct taped to the back of the unit. Opened box and found the neutral (which is connected to the unit ground wire) separated easily. Remade connections in the electrical box and taped wires together for added security. Noted another cable comes out of the wall on the lower portion of the cabinet. This has power to it when the oven is shut off at the breaker. I taped and rerouted these wires in case they are grounding out on the cabinet and altering the potential between line 1 and Neutral. Customer to monitor the unit and report as needed. TID had no recommendations for part replacement."

"Upon working on the unit, was able to replace eleven modules, the left lower module in the fresh food compartment is foamed/ glued in. Called the technical department, reported issues and findings, they advised to break the module as careful as possible, to remove as much insulation as possible, and to try to install the new module. Broke the module, removed as much insulation, upon removing the insulation, noticed a piece of plastic, possibly the housing for the led assembly got pushed up, that plastic does not allow the new led to go all the way in at the bottom. Tech line has all the information, and deemed that the unit is not repairable, they will review the information, and contact the customer within the next five business days. Inspected unit and found code for over suds and pressure switch. Reset codes and rinsed unit out. No more soap remaining. Ran tests and unit passed all tests. No codes present. Job complete

Found the valve on the bake burner all the way open causing a little extra gas to come out. Turned the valve down to half and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.

"The led lights on the shelves were flashing with a delay in between, verified that 12vdc is present at the heater connector, flashing stopped after both heaters were installed.
