"The customer reports the unit was very noisy at one point, it never advances past the filling portion of the cycle. The last time she tried using it, the unit almost overflowed because it wont stop filling. Ran diagnostics, no error codes present, all units ops checked fine during diagnostics. Ran a Heavy duty cycle, had to cancel the cycle because the unit would not stop filling. Ran a drain and spin cycle, the unit would move excessively, and was noisy when the cycle was cancelled and the unit was coming to a stop. The customer does not want the unit repaired, she will like an exchange, advised the customer I dont have the power to grant any exchanges. The customer will go to the store to get an exchange, she reports she has been having health issues, has tried calling the store, but they dont answer, the times they have, they tell her someone will be with her shortly, but no one comes back to the phone. The unit would need the main control board, gearcase, and related parts replaced."

"JB out 11/15/22. Found unit defrosted as requested. Inspected Control Box and verified correct part installed at factory (one sticker only). Removed evaporator cover and checked all wire connections and found black/brown wire to defrost heater not fully seated in the Molex connector, not making contact. Properly installed wire into Molex connector and verified wire in now locked in place. Reinstalled evaporator cover and tested defrost function. Tagged all parts as RETURN and sent back, not needed. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"

"Customer had been dealing with a different servicer. The other servicer had tapped the sealed system with a temperature valve, they would just keep adding refrigerant to the unit, they told the customer there is a leak that couldnt be found, that they added some type of sealer that would maybe take care of the leak. The temporary valve is still in place. The compressor is overheating, the temperature in the freezer was at 20F. The customer reports the fresh food compartment door does not stay closed, water is leaking from the freezer. Found the door stopper/ cam in the lower fresh food compartment door are broken, the drain tube is clogged in the freezer compartment, causing defrost water to leak onto the freezer floor, eventually leaking onto the kitchen floor. Found both water tubes cracked at the secondary water valves. Given the condition, and number of issues, advised the customer to look into purchasing a new unit instead. The customer agreed, and communicated it was something they were debating already."
