First inspection I thought gear case failed. Found it was only the cluch pulley and belt that were bad. Replaced and unit passed tests. Replaced water valves (see photos). Unit washing per design job complete

"Customer states the unit worked once all other times it does not start washing. Checked for faults and found none. Ran a service cycle and found the unit passes and there are no stored faults after the test. Called WPTS (7735306319) and started a casual cycle. Unit filled about half way and then began to wash. WPTS said to run a calibration cycle and to then run another diagnostic test and check for faults. No faults generated, unit is currently operating as designed."

Found unit working properly. Customer removed and installed gasket. And everything is sealing properly. Customer informed me unit would cool then randomly stop and would not cool until temp was adjusted. Put unit on 8 hour defrost for better defrost performance. Customer approves. informed customer of 30 day warranty.
