JB out 12/23/22. Customer states washing machine has displayed F3E1 several time since last . Customer informed me since my last service visit she has experienced at least one washload where it appeared that the water did not fill in the wash tub 2 times. Verified customer is no longer using HE turbo detergent which is two highly concentrated for this low fill high-efficiency washing machine. Customers is and has been using HE only detergent and measuring 1 teaspoon maximum as advised. Tested wash cycle with no clothing and verified a very small amount of soap service residual. Customer is also using clean washer cycle with clean water tablet. Ram diagnostics in extracted only one error code F3E1 Indicating the ACU Detects and out of range pressure signal. ran quick diagnostic tests and verified all components passed. unable to verify any mechanical deficiencies at this point. Tested washer in towels cycle with towels and no detergent added. Inspected and verified no residual detergent soapsuds at this time. Allowed drain and spin cycle to run without interruption. Verified unit successfully drains all water and spins as designed. No repair is recommended at this time. Should this code continue in the future recommendation would be to replace the pressure switch which is part number WPW10448876. No repair man today as though defect found. No charge the customer. Job complete

"Upon arrival found the floor with marks of water. Check the unit and found the unit has a bad suspension, this is causing the unit touch the floor with the cover for the motor and pulley. This is causing the unit have a angle and the water coming fro the top and bottom drain hose, this because the unit was installed on the wrong position of the dryer, and has this hose stretch and every single time when spin the unit bounces to much causing the leak from this area. Additional with the bad suspension this is causing the failure. This unit will need new suspension. Customer dont know if they want to continue with the repair. Job complete"

"The Model serial number is unreadable and the tag has been removed from the unit. Called the office who told me that the customer is to call Lowes and have them get a new model,serial tag for the unit. Without a picture of this on the unit we can not work on the unit. I advised the customer that to move the container to a lower section to prevent from blocking the sensor. Customer showed me some noodles in a bowl fully exposed to the air that was located to the rear wall and stated that because of this they want another refrigerator. Replaced fan motor and cold control. Unit tested

Found critical lid lock failure code with ge tool. Was able to push down top panel and correct he issue. Cx also had drain hose shoved into drain pipe too far which was causing a siphoning effect. Unit should now operate as designed after repairs.

"Checked for faults and ran a service test 8-1(low flow)0-5(unbalanced load)2-1(stuck key). Unit is only connected to cold water. The flow is not bad, the customer had recently cleaned the screen. I feel because it is so cold outside that the washer is trying to add hot water to even cold settings. Recommended putting a splitter on the washer that connects the cold water to both valves. Customer will try this and call back if the unit is still having the same issue."

Instructed customer to dilute the fabric softener with a little water especially if the fabric softener is thick. Replaced faulty evaporator fan motor with bi metal. When I arrived bi metal showed open when the evaporator was fully frozen. Changed defrost setting to basic 8 hr defrost. Unit ok after repair.

Customer stated that the freezer is not as cold. U it is in garage. Changed Temps to see if unit cools better. Tested all works good at this time.

Perform service pointer replaced all LED modules on unit tested unit and is working properly

Found faulty latch. Installed new latch. All functions now working as designed.

Cx didnt know that convection fan turns off when you open door during preheat. Explained how oven worked to cx. Oven is working as intended.
