"The customer reports the unit is noisy at times, noticed when the compressor would be in, a slight rattling sound could be heard. The unit was not leveled properly, it would rock side to side. Accessed the machine compartment, everything checked fine. Leveled the unit properly, ran diagnostics, tested the compressor, the compressor came on, the rattling sound could not be heard anymore. The unit is working as designed."

Cx stated lever was hard to be pressed on. Adjusted lever seemed a little out of place which made lever more softer and easier to dispense water although Cx was advised when dispensing water to press in the upper part of the lever and not in the bottom because the switch to activate water is on top side up lever. Job completed.
