Found unit beeping. Found unit with a locked rotor. Repaired the lock rotor and tested unit. Ran unit through multiple test cycles. Found no further issues. Unit drained filled washed no problems with no beeping. Informed customer that excessive soap can be the cause of the beeping due to throwing off water level sensor which in turn can make the unit think there is water inside when there isnt any resulting in a long drain error code. Or sensing theres no water when theres actually to much water. Informed customer that new soap are enzyme based. Not chemical based meaning dishes need to remained slightly soiled to help break down the soap suds or over sudsing will occur. Informed customer to run a full cycle with no soap to ensure all remaining excessive soap is removed.

Found unit making loud noise when its spinning per cx. Shaking loudly. Cx said that a tech had already leveled it and removed and replaced shock absorbers. Still having issues. I ran unit on a drain n spin. No abnormal noise unless cx has load in unit. Cx has unit on second story on pedestal and in a drip tray. Unit is working as designed. Called techline. Small loads dont balance properly. Try Larger loads for issue. Unit working as designed. Recommend to bring to center of gravity. Remove pedestal. Pedestal is not in use anyways. Checked pedestal. All feet locked in. Unit is working properly Sr#7735393939.
