JB 1/6/23. Customer states controls are in operative. Unit will not run and will not except commands. Upon arrival took a quick pic photographs of washing machine and proof of purchase receipt. Inspected machine and found control lock enabled. Educated customer on use of control lock and of course how to unlock it. Tested operation with customer. Unit is operating as designed. "The customer reports the unit is not spraying steam out of the drum outlet, she is concerned water is being sprayed, some of the clothes have wet spots on it. Checked units ops, ran diagnostics, no error codes stored, all ops checked fine. Informed the customer on this unit, no steam comes into the unit, the outlet in the drum, is designed to spray water onto the clothes, the unit is counting on the heat generated by the dryer to evaporate the water, and create the steam in that for . The unit is working as designed, advised the customer for better results, she can run the timed dry cycle right after using the Steam refresh cycle."
