"Units door gasket is not making a seal at the left lower corner. Found the unit is being propped on some small pieces of brick on each corner, the units cabinet is not 100% squared , leading to the door not closing properly. The customer is also storing a lot of food in the unit, some items are overlapping the shelves, and door baskets. Applied heat to the gasket to reshape it, raised the left front a little, the door gasket is now sealing properly. Advised the customer to level the unit better by placing it directly onto the floor. The customer reports her garage floods when it rains so she is unable to do so. The unit is working as designed."
