JB out 1/5/23. Customer states dryer takes very long time to dry. Found Thin foil ducting material in use. Advised customer of potential risk of fire and loss of live. Recommend ducting be replaced with rigid metal ducting. Verified burner function. Inspected exhaust bent hood. Fount smashed and approximately 95% restricted causing very long dry time needed.also vent hood should be no less that 18 from the ground. Recommend vent hood be replaced with louvered type. No repair needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
