Installed new adjusters on the top shelf and new wash motor. Reassembled and tested. No leaks after service. Everything is now operating as designed. Job complete.

"JB out 1/12/23. Customer states refrigerator will intermittently power down, shut off and food spoil. Customer states one finding unit powered down, power cord is unplugged, then plug back in unit reception calls again for a period of time, and then shut off again. Upon arrival found unit running and cooling properly. Ran all refrigeration, diagnostic tests, all tests past. Unable to verify mechanical malfunction today. No recommendation for repair yet. Advised customer most likely electronic control main board or user interface or power. Supply board is at fault however, unit is not displaying fault today so no accurate diagnosis can be made today.

Install the new repair kit on the unit. Retest the unit and no more noise complain. Job complete

"Checked the unit the 2 doors close correct the floor is slanted forward , and customer is over stuff in the refrigerator took pictures to proof so raise the front so the unit will self close better and it does now advise customer not to overload the refrigerator and freezer sections to where they protrude past the shelving other than that unit is working as designed at this time now"

JB out 1/12/23. Customer states Washington is waiting for sometime in this caused water damage behind washer on floor and wall. See quick photographs taken. verify because of water. Leak is manufactured joint of red water supply hose. This hose is not part of the washing machine is not provided by Maytag. This water supply hose was purchased separately and may or may not through a manufactures warranty. Refer customer to Lowes for warranty information. No repair made or needed to watch on machine. Advised customer of one time courtesy no charge on a notification service call for the appliance itself.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

Cx stated unit has trouble making ice or dispensing water. Checked unit found no issue test 56 e0. Adjusted controls and emptied ice bin asked cx to monitor for ice production and to report any problems.

Found right door with torn gasket causing erratic cooling. Removed and replaced gasket. Used heat gun to shape gasket. Now sealing. Now working properly Job complete

OK as of right now allowed 48 hours for everything to come back to normal"

Found the blower wire connector not pushed in all the way. Had to open the metal contact in the connector in order for it to be pushed in all the way. Was able to insert all the way. Tested after repair all ok.

Upon arrival found unit with uneven temperature causing failure. Check temperatures on the compartments and freezer 0F and fresh is 38F. This unit is pack off fun and the air flow is no the right. Inform the customer how to set the food and now the air flow is good. Inform the customer for more tips go to the owners manual. Job complete

Found moisture in the fridge. Needed the door adjusted. And gaskets reformed. Adjusted door and reformed gaskets. Tested unit. All ops checked good

Unit not draining and wont unlock door. I found that the drain pump was clogged causing no drain. I cleaned out drain pump. All tests good.

JB out 1/12/23. Customer states unit(s) do not clean well and bottom drawer unit sometimes has water standing it. Inspected unit and found installer has not installed dual drain lines as outlined in the supplied installation instructions manual. The supplied DUAL drain hose joiner ( 2 into 1 drain adapter with check valves) has not been used. Only ONE drain line is used to connect the drain to the existing kitchen sink Air gap device. BOTH DRAIN LINES ARE TO BE SEPARATELY RUN TO THE DRAIN JOINER THEN CONNECTED TO A COMMERCIAL STYLE DUAL AIR GAP DEVICE. REFER CUSTOMER BACK TO HOME DEPOT INSTALLER TO return and CORRECTLY reinstall both drain lines using the factory supplied joiner into a DUAL AIR GAP DEVICE. Advised customer installation corrections are not made or covered by the manufacturers warranty and are the responsibility of the installer used. ADDITIONALLY water temperature being supplied to the dishwasher is far below that if the required 120f MINIMUM as outlined in the instructions. Recommend the purchase and use of a point of use hot water heater under the kitchen sink set to 125f to supply no less than 120f at the moment if start up. No parts used today. No charge to customer. Installer must return and correct installation.

"Units blower was making excessive noise when the fan was turned on. Inspected blower and found its plastic housing was rubbing the wheel. I was able to put the housing back into its intended position. There was a clip that wasnt seated properly. Afterwards, the sound was gone and everything is now operating as designed."

Same issue came back months later. Icemaker is over filling with water. Installed all new parts. Icemaker and valve. Cx will let us know if issue persists.

Installed new water valve and tested unit working as designed

Found the unit operating at the moment but it seems the longer it stays on the louder the compressor gets. When the hot gas valve is activated the compressor makes a very loud noise. The condenser fan is running just fine and no error codes found. Unable to verify complaint but I believe it may be a sealed system issue. Customer will call back if anything. No changes prior 30.

Found dryer connected to a restricted vent verified with whirlpool vent checker. Cleaned the interior of the dryer was full of line potential fire hazard. Unit ok after repair. Recommend customer contact a vent cleaning company in order to clear dryer vent.

Replaced HV and UI controls. Unit is cooling properly at this time. Instructed customer not to block edges of shelves. Complete.

Unit not cooling in both compartments. I found that the unit had leaked out R600. I leak checked and found it leaking from lock rings in back compartment. I removed lock rings and soldered sleeves. Removed and replaced drier. Charged system with 68g R600. All tests good. ; used 1 W11109499 ( Drier) from stock

Unit had ice in it. Emptied out and put a cleaner in and running a clean cycle. Called tech line del. Sr number 7735230750. Went to add cleaner and there was half a bottle. Not sure why. Called tech line and they said it has to do with the temp outside. Its lower then 55 degrees.

Found broken left hinge. Installed new hinges and retested door now working as designed. Job completed

Found a shattered ignitor had replaced along with the high limit thermostat

Unit not heating right. Found clothes are damp and hot. Only works on wrinkle control per cx. Found venting to second floor. Unit is second floor. No access to vent. But I can see that the vent has no airflow. Cx has been here for 6 months. Issue is with vent. Referred client to builder to fix venting. Cx will need to get vent opened and cleared and they need to verify the dryer is venting out side. Unit is operating as designed
