Allow you need to fill as high as it would based on this cycle modifier. Allowed unit to run. Unable to verify any water leak at this time. Canceled cycle and observed water draining from wash tub into standing drain pipe and wall behind unit properly. Unable to verify any mechanical defect or water leak at this time. No parts used. "JB out 1/16/23. Customer stated washer makes loud noises during agitation cycle and shakes during spin. Tested washer with customer. not spininning not enough water reinstalled drain pump.. Tested unit in spin cycle. Unit operates as designed. Suggest use of he detergent only ( No HE TURBO) as it too highly concentrated for the low fill, high efficiency washing machine. "cx unit wont heat. Said he did half a load and the unit failed. Starts but ignitor does not kick on or try to. Checked vent. Cx has poor venting vents to floor. (Check pics. ) Cx blew thermal fuse. Cx aware that he needs to change vent or Cx will blow thermal fuse again. Cx is asking if he can vent out to garage. Not recommended. Showed him unit needs to vent outside. Showed Cx a few options online. Cx aware if he does not change the vent and unit fails because vent issues was not addressed, cx would be responsible for us coming out. Cx aware. Will change vent. Tried to lower pressure by closing the water valve but even with the valve fully closed water is still filling the dishwasher too quickly and water is leaking from breather hole in inlet assembly.
