"The customer reports the unit is not working properly, it doesnt heat properly. Checked voltage coming into the unit, it checked fine. Ran a timed dry cycle with a thermo couple, the unit kept cycling properly at 145F - 115F. The unit is cycling properly, the complex where the customer lives is about 40 years old, they dont think the venting in the wall has been cleaned, advised the customer to have a professional company clean the venting tube in the wall. Called the technical department, they advised the cycling temperatures are very good, they agree the problem is tied to the vent being clogged. The unit is working as designed.File 09396486"

"F8e1. Cleared error code. The unit was not leveled properly, the customer was under the impression the unit was being exchanged as opposed to being serviced, so they had uninstalled the unit. Connected the water hoses, and the drain hose. The customer states he was using an adapter on the drain hose because it was too short to reach the drain pipe. Ran diagnostics, all units ops checked fine. Advised the customer to make sure both water valves are on 100% of the time, and if using an adapter for the drain hose, not to stick more than 6 inches into the drain pipe, to prevent water siphoning out. The unit is working as designed."

On arrival Cx states unit has a noise from back of Rc in upper area, the left doo doesnt close properly, frost in fc but happened 1 time, and the door seal on the Rc door is tearing. Found tears in both Rc door seals, damper control making noise during operation. Mullion sticking causing a bypass situation on the door closer. Quoted Cx for repair
