When running a wash cycle, they only need to select the cycle, and the water temperature. When ready, to close the lid, and start the machine. The unit is working as designed."

"The unit is plugged into a 120V electrical outlet, there is a 220V power cord on the unit, but the connector was cut, and replaced with a 120V connector (plug) to be able to connect it to a regular electric outlet. Pointed it out to the customer, informed them that in order for the unit to work properly, it needs 220V power source. The unit needs to be connected to 220V electrical outlet, the power cord needs to be replaced. Informed the customer, it is not a manufacturer issue, but an installation issue, advised the customer to contact the store where the unit was purchased and seek a resolution with them.
