CX complaint Id wet clothes after cycle completes. SMRTHQ installed and test speed passed. Hitting 700 rpms. The unit is using tap cold water only. The last load was heavy sweats. Called TECHLINE and reported the issue with the wet clothes (more than CX likes) explained the last load was balanced and setting correct (I set the unit up) CX called in after cycle and said wetter than the last time. PER TECHLINE NO ERROR CODES 7NIT IS COMPLETING THE CYCLES. HEAVY MATERIALS MAY NEED TWO RINSES. 09408388/FILE NUMBER.
