"JB out 1/30/23. Upon Arrival found upper spray arm disconnected from bottom of rack, sitting in the silverware basket. Customer states the unit leaves the detergent tablet not dissolve and dishes are not drying. Reinstalled spray arm and ran Normal cycle. Found water being supplied to unit is far below the required 120f as outlined in the supplied installation instructions supplied by Whirlpool. Verified all three spray arms are turning properly. Dishwasher is operas designed but water supplied is not hot enough. Recommend installation and use of a Point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink in order to insure the dishwasher receives water no less than 120f. No parts needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
