"Customer states that he has to run a drain and spin after most cycles. Customer states that they only do small loads, I advised the customer that when doing small loads if the clothes of off balance then the wash cycle will stop. I advised the customer that this is a common occurrence and doing larger loads should prevent this from happening. I Replaced the drain pump and actuator. Ran calibration and diagnostics. Diagnostics completed with no error codes present. Unit is functioning as designed"
