"JB out 2/8/23. Customer states after HMI replaced, unit continues to run intermittently after end of dry cycle. Tested unit ( no clothes in REGULAR Cycle) with WRINKLE SHIELD option enabled. Observed (empty dryer) did en the cycle at 9 minutes and 39 seconds ( counted down from displayed 1 h 27 m). After4 minutes and 30 seconds, observed dryer tumble drum for a few seconds (normal WRINKLE SHIELD) operation. Tested dryer again (with wet clothes freshly spun out in washer) again selecting REGULAR CYCLE. This time at the 9 minute and 39 second mark the moist laundrylaud caused the dryer to continue drying. Unable to verify any mechanical issues at this time. Instruct customer about Wrinkle Shield option and how it works.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Found the unit has major dents on the side of the unit and the base is not connected to the side. This allows the drum to come in contact with the blower housing and side walls. Called TST (86109139)to explained what I had found. Tech support said if the unit is sold as a dent and scratch unit then it is sold as is and has no manufacturer warranty. Documented the call and told the customer to contact the dealer to see what their coverage is. Electrolux will have to give us permission to work on this unit under a manufacturer warranty.

Found the vent checked ok on the dryer and so did the temp test on high. It is supposed to be 155 plus or minus 5 and it was within those tolerances. I gave customer best tips and practices on how to get a better results. All tested ok. 90 days customer instruction. Customer will call back if any issues arise. Job completed.
