E5 = Bad ice maker thermistor. Ice storage temperature satis ed but ice mold in frozen state too long. Possible an ice mold thermistor issue."

"F8e1. Cleared error code, ran diagnostics, found the water hoses were reversed (cold water hose was connected to the hot inlet valve, and vice versa) ( The faucets in the wall are not in the standard position left is cold, and right is hot, should be the other way) Found the hot water source is not proper, very little water coming into the unit, pointed it out to the customer, and advised them to have the issue resolved by a plumber, meanwhile to select the cold water temperature for all washes, otherwise the unit is not going to work properly."
