"F0e5. The customer reports the unit leaks water on the left side. Cleared the error code, ran diagnostics, all units ops checked fine, found the hot water supply hose leaking at the wall faucet, pointed it out to the customer, as a possibility of the leak source. Some traces of water streaks (dry) on the inside of the front panel, possibly when the unit goes out of balance the fabric softener dispenser might not line up properly with the moving basket, causing for some of the water to splash towards the front. At the time of service could not replicate any leaks on the actual machine. Instructed the customer not to run very small, or big loads to prevent the unit from going out of balance. The unit is working as designed, at the time of service."

Inspected unit and found normal operation. Adjusted right rear burner down. Cx showed me picture of orange flames. Cx said it was orange for several days and then they said it turned blue again. Advised Cx that if only one burner was orange it may be the burner. All were orange. Flame was due to the gas in the home. Unit heating per design

Upon arrival found unit with left from burner not turning on. Check the igniter and found igniter. Has a little bit of grease on the top. Remove the grease on the top from the igniter. Retest the unit and now unit is working perfectly. Job complete.Additional the unit doesnt have access to the model and serial number this because hes old and under the cooktop.
