"Units compressor, and fans are getting activated, the condenser is clean. No frost pattern on the evaporator. Sealed system issue, inefficient compressor, possible leak. Units compressor needs to be replaced, but it is no longer available, it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Unable to proceed with the repair. Units limited warranty was for 5 years, will contact the manufacturer to report the issue, and to double check the length of the warranty coverage."
