"The customer reports the gas company red flagged the unit, they found a leak at the regulator connection, which they fixed, but told the customer the center burner was leaking as well. On arrival, turned the gas on, checked with a leak detector, unable to find any leaks. Turned the burners on without ignition to show the customer how the gas detector goes off if any gas is present. No gas leaks present at the time of service. Advised the customer to call the gas company back to double check, and for them to decide if the unit should still be red flagged. Called the safety department, and reported issues, and findings. SR 7735847069"

"Four temperatures out of recommended Freezers -2 and Fridge 36, one of these affected the water reservoir coils to freeze and there for the water flow to dispenser was blocked. Also, consumer has used amazons water filters which I have suggested not to be used. As per solution to the issue, I have accessed water reservoir coils and with a careful use of my heat gun has completely defrosted them and dispenser is back to normal operation."
