"Unable to remove the unit from the cabinet, it kept getting caught on the sides. Noticed there is some damage to the right front on the units frame. Advised the customer if he wanted to proceed with the repair, he will need to create access by getting the unit out of the cabinet to be able to perform the repair, once the repair was done, it will be his responsibility to re install it again. Per customers request, only replaced the link that had broken off at the right side of the unit. Checked the door operation, the door is working as designed, but a noticeable noise is heard on the right side as it is opened or closed. Given the noticeable damage, the door hinge is rubbing against the units frame."

However L2 to ground has 10 V AC.. when testing between L1 and L2 only 80 V AC are provided. Advise customer to contact a qualified electrician to investigate why proper supply power is not being delivered to power outlet. Also advise customer of one time courtesy call no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. Factory warranty expires March 23, 2023. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"The customer reports the unit is making a loud noise every hour or so, the noise lasts about 10 seconds. Checked units temperature, both compartments check fine. Noticed the icemaker was in the on position, but no water line connected to it. Advanced manual icemaker harvest cycle, the noise the customer was hearing was the icemaker valve as the unit was trying to make ice. Advised the customer to keep the icemaker off (lever up) until a waterline is connected. The unit is working as designed."

"Upon arrival Cx stated that after cycle ends clothes are not completely dry, diagnosed dryer and noticed that when vent is connected igniter clicks on and off more continuously than with the vent disconnected. Vent is long and going up heat was way stronger with vent disconnected than with vent connected, Cx will have to take care of vent since its installation issue nothing wrong with unit, job completed."
