"Customer cleaned machine after sd but was not able to clear. Was unplugged when I arrived Per tech sheet Sd is displayed when the machine/motor control, by analyzing drag on the basket, detects a suds-lock condition, and is steady on while the control then runs a mini cleanout cycle. If the cleanout cycle is unable to correct the over-sudsing problem, the cycle ends and Sd flashes in the display. This may signify:Load is bunched or twisted around agitator. Excessive detergent usage.Basket cannot engage during drain step.Mechanical friction on drive mechanism, not allowing basket to engageChecked unit nothing blocking unit basket and stator. Unit is moving loosely and still wont spin. Control board issue. Unit drain with no spin fills and trys to find position to agitate or spin but wont engage. Need control. Wont run no cycle. Also detergent dispenser door latch not functioning. Tested dishwasher in NORMAL cycle. Found water temperature being supplied to unit below the required 120f as outlined in the supplied installation instructions.
