"SR#09717467. Found unit unplugged and disconnected from the gas line. Glass on the inside was shattered. Plugged unit in and started a broil. Ignitor did not glow. Customer insisted on a replacement unit instead of the repair, because the unit is brand new. I told the customer that I can only do repairs on the unit and that GE would have to authorize a replacement unit. Customer got upset and was being aggressive. I told him I would call GE and give them my notes and see what they say."

F3e2 code pops up. Moisture sensor is being activated and is shorted out. W10298258 harness sensor. Unit heats correctly but shorts out. Joe with tech line. 10.10 K ohms. Shorted thermistor W10909685. on blower housing. Sr 7735950385. Checked out unit after replacing thermistor on blower unit is now shutting off when it should. On sensing dry. Job completed
