"Upon arrival, I was greeted by Elein whom later explained what they thought issue was, and why the Gas company has tagged the appliance. After, I proceeded to the dismantling the ovens hot surface panel to check for ignition performance. For Elein and my surprise, the oven worked just fine for 8 consecutive tests on Bake and Broil. No Sings of any particular smell was perceived. I have called Mr. Keller and have explained the situation."
