Noise is gone and unit spun balanced. Found drain hose stuck too far down drain pipe. Pulled out drain pipe and zip tied it to have an air gap. Unit is now running as designed.

"Unit does not do anything except try to start. Found unit has a bad capacitor. Replaced and found the unit , now that the motor can start , does not change to spin. Installed actuator and tested. Unit checks ok.Customer had 2 thick padded bath mats in the unit.(see pics) Informed customer that this is the kind of load that will destroy this unit because it will, most likely, not be able to balance these two heavy items and wear the drive components."
