Grime can cause the gaskets to not seal properly. Also the freezer is overstuffed which causes lack of airflow to the freezer temperature sensor which will cause the refrigerator compressor to run for longer periods of time. "Upon arrival found unit with error code F9E1 and FAE1, about the drain problem and dispenser problem. Check the unit and unit is working properly on the dispenser, check the drain air gap and found the unit has a clogged with food. Remove the clogged from the air gap.
