Found water reservoir (behind crisper drawers) is frozen, blocking water flow. Thawed tubing by hand and verified water flow thru dispenser function has returned. Found FC and RC cold control both set a III. Reset RC control to II. Verified no air flow restrictions in RC. Inspected condenser coils and found blocked. Reminded customer again to clean and brush condenser coils every two months for the life of the refrigerator. No parts used. No charge to customer."

"Cx stated ice maker not dispensing ice but ice was there just noticed that since Cx doesnt use ice constantly keeps on sticking together throw out ice and advised Cx if doesnt use ice a lot can either toss every other day or turn off ice maker, as for coldness in Ff side over freezing food it looks like the air wasnt flowing through properly since was covered by food only left side is over freezing and right side isnt, told Cx that food blocking vent would be issue Cx will take care of that, job completed."
