Inspected exhaust vent hood and found located within a few inches from the ground (restricted exhaust airflow) causing long dry time needed. Tested unit again in Timed dry cycle. Verified correct flame size and color. Allowed unit to run in Timed dry cycle for about 15minutes. Verified normal cycling and burner operation. Recommend customer replace exhausting exhaust vent hood with a Louvered style so it does not restrict exhaust airflow. No parts needed. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE .

"Verified the RC thermistor is reading 6.1k ohms, FC thermistor is reading 19.2k ohms, verified 4.9 vdc to the RC and FC thermistors. Pseudo for GR to contact techline during the week to document. Unit is functioning as designed. Adjusted the Rc temperature at the ui to 39 degrees, was set at 37, adjusted fc to 1 degree increase. Advised customer that if in a week if temperature dont show any increase, then to contact ARS for service."
