Tightened screws, defrosted and tested.door is now sealing. Cx also is having issues with ice cubes falling from the ice pan. I verified that the icemaker bail arm is working. Ice cubes are being dragged from the pan when the drawer is pulled out. This is an issue with the design. Nothing to replace or change that will fix this. The issue has been caused by leaving the freezers drawer open indefinitely and everything inside is iced up and at this point I am unable to open it. I have spoken with mrs Johnson and explained to her what must be done before this unit to be put back to normal operation. Unplug unit for 48 hours and then make sure all doors and drawer are closing properly. Turn unit back on and allow 24-48 hours to a stable temperature. Shell call back if needed.

"Upon arrival, according with the customer unit has a noise coming from the back of the unit. Check the unit on test mode and run the compressor on maximum speed. The compressor is the one is causing the noise complaint on this unit. Checked the compressor and found they have a loose mounts screws causing the failure. I just the screws on the unit retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete."
