"Upon arrival ran the unit through diagnostic tests, found that the vibration was normal. The right front foot was a little off, not touching the floor. I adjusted that when the unit gets to high speed spin it has normal vibration advised customer to make sure that the unit is being evenly loaded to minimize the heavy vibration from the unit. Found one fault code FOE5 unbalanced load Instructed customer on how to properly load the washer and to make sure the washer is never overloaded. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

"Nothing wrong with unit upon arrival. Cx called because she saw some frost on the evaporator and was worried the problem is coming back. The evaporator has a perfect frost pattern today. He defrost cycle is working as it should. I explained to cx that the evaporator inherently produces frost and its only an issue if the frost is coming out of the cover and blocking airflow. If we get called back out again for no reason, I will have to charge service fee."

Entered diagnostic mode and ui displayed no error codes.ran regular cycle and dishwasher was working properly. Cx claims sometimes the dishwasher shuts off and wont turn back on. Checked beneath sink and found that unit is plugged up to extension cord with no ground causing dishwasher to short out and turn off. Primary outlet beneath sink has no power but is where dishwasher should be plugged in. Informed cx to have building management to send out an electrician to run 120 to primary outlet. U it is working and problem is an electrical issue.
