"Upon arrival according with customer stated the unit take twice the time in order to dry a normal amount of clothes. Check the unit and unit heat up all the way to 202F. This unit is working properly. Inform the customer about the vent, the vent is clogged causing the unit no pull the air out. Check the unit without vent hose and unit work properly. Job complete"
