"Upon arrival, inspected unit found the unit had an F8E4 error code, which is a stuck float. Inspected the underneath of the unit found. There was a little bit of water inside the float catch disconnected. It pulled it out and dried it up. It was pretty soapy, thick water. There is a possibility that, it had an over suds during one of its cycles and drained out through the overflow tubes causing the f8e4 code customer stated that there is a possibility that somebody threw two pods in on one of the cycles which would cause this to have definite over sudsing after reinstalling the overflow plate and float. The unit ran as intended. No more F8E4 code I did not see any leaks anywhere during running the unit job complete"
