"JB out 7/23/23. Customer states foods sometimes freeze in the refrigeration section. Sometimes there is frost on the packages in the freezer. Icemaker sometimes cubes in the storage bin below freeze together. Inspected refrigerator section and advise customer how cold air enters the refrigerator section from the freezer, advise, customer not to place tall items in front of this vent , which redirects how cold air is distributed and can cause foods to freeze. Removed a storage bin and instructed customer to either turn icemaker off when ice is not needed or remove full ice been every four or five days to dispose of and allow icemaker to replenish with fresh cubes. Inspected freezer drawer verified drawer, slides and closes properly and no frost present currently. Inspected condenser coils and found in need of cleaning. Instructed customer to remove the toe panel grill every three months for the life of the product. Vacuum and brush condenser coil clean. This will allow proper temperature regulation, less energy, consumption, and longer refrigerator life. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Reminded customers that foods in sealed containers including plastic bags with develop frost inside the container or bag UNLESS the air is vacuumed out of the container. Found unit taking 2X to run. Found dryer temps to exhausting at 135 degrees. Normal operations. Informed customer to increase or decrease load sizes depending on the normal wash schedule for her. Due to unit being a much larger unit then her last dryer. Large loads in old dryers are no longer large load in these dryers. So small loads could be to small. Customer apporves.

Found unit not cleaning. Customer did not know how to remove filter and clean. Showed customer and helped her clean up filters. Found unit leaking water due to drain. Removed a portion of the damaged drain hose to remove the hole and reinstalled and tested. Unit is working properly. Informed customer to run hot water to sink to allow water to be hot.
