"JB out 7/18/23. Customer states that the washer Will intermittently shut off mid cycle and the only way to get it to operate again is to unplug it from the outlet and plug back in. Upon arrival found washer in wash mode with laundry as required. Observed washer fill to correct water level and wash properly. After 25 minutes, canceled wash cycle to test drain and spin functions. Tested drain and spin. Verified correct function. Ran diagnostics extract two stored error code. Both are F0E5 indicating Off Balance condition detected. Cleared stored error codes. Unable to very complaint or any mechanical defects today. Recommend customer to load clothes in loose heaps evenly around the outer part of the WASHPLATE as outlined in the supplied use and care guide. Tested in Rinse & Spin mode. Observed F7E8 error. Fold is displayed when the main control determines the motor temperature is too high.. inspected motor rotor fell covered in linden dust. Brush, clean cooled off motor and re-tested unit now operate properly. No parts used. No repair made.NOTE: suggest customer replace existing black rubber inlet fill hoses to prevents potential flood. "ACTUAL GOODS ISSUE DATE IS 2/12/2023.JB out 7/16/23. Tenant (rental house) states that the dishwasher is inoperative. Control panel does not power up, will not accept commands and dishwasher does not run. Tested power outlet under kitchen sink, verified 120 VAC present. Removed J box cover and verified HOT lead in wire nut is loose (mis installed inside wire nut connector). Jiggled connections and dishwasher did power up and tested fill, wash and drain functions. NOTE INSTALLER MUST RETURN TO CORRECT INSTALLATION. 1.) JB Out 7/17/23. Customer states ice maker production is slow. Installed Ge Smart HQ diagnostic tool. Verified correct FF and RC temperatures. Found about 1/2 ice storage bin full. Ice quality is perfect. Customer replace GE water filter about 6 days ago. Pulled unit from wall and removed unit compartment cover. Found condenser coils plugged. Advised customer to vacuum and LIGHTLY brush clean the condenser coils every three months. No parts used. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE

Unit not draining from boot and making noise. I found that the door boot was misaligned and rubbing on basket causing noise. The misalignment also is causing water to pool in boot. I corrected alignment. I tested unit through diagnostic. All tests good.

Removed and replaced heater under recall. Tested unit. All tests good.

Removed and replaced door seal and timer. All tests good.

Unit not draining and not starting cycle. I found that the blue wire was pulled out of connector at drain pump. I repaired wire and secured. All tests good.

"Visual and physical inspection lead me to find washer and dryer connected to a normal 120 V outlets but, they are also bridged with one GFCI outlets and those were tripped. Once they were reset, the dryer worked fine."
