"On arrival, inspected unit found that the unit was short cycling. I disconnected the vent and restarted the unit to unit ran for over three minutes and then shut off when I first turned on the the unit with them and connected it only stayed on for about 30 seconds. This is going to be a ventilation issue and a ducting issue. Advise the customer to call a chimney sweep to blow out the vents so the dryer can properly ventilate unit is working as intended job complete"

"Upon arrival inspected unit unit had no error codes unit was unplugged so it did a factory hard start on the unit as well ran the unit through a complete cycle unit spun field, drained, and agitated with no issues I could not re-duplicate the issues that the customer was talking about. It is possible that when they unplug the unit the hard restart fixed whatever issue it was having but at this time I cannot find what was going on. The unit is working as intended job complete"
