"Upon arrival found unit with still water dripping for the ice compartment, according with customer has a bad unit, the unit has noise at night, check the unit and, noise is coming from compressor, inform the customer that is the normal level of sound. Call tech line and report this situation, after the test found the unit is tilted forward, inform this to the customer. The unit is already all the way raised on the adjuster, this means the floor has a level down. Informed the customer that as soon as they level the unit correctly.
