Customer states that the refrigerator temp was too warm and it was causing the food to spoil. I checked the temp in different locations and the fridge was between 33-37 degrees set to the coldest settings. Also the freezer selection was set to max so that hinders the amount of air sent to the refrigerator section. I put the freezer at recommended and the refrigerator as well. Allow 24 hours to get back to normal temperature. Job completed.
