"JB out 8/18/23. Customer states washing machine was only so hot water, no cold water at all. Upon arrival tested washer in rinse cycle with tap cold temperature selected. Verified hot water. Further inspection reveals installer. Had reversed. Fill hoses when machine was installed. Corrected installation of fill hoses and verified water in tap coldand crystal machine cold.. advise customer against use of HE turbo detergents or pods as both are two highly concentrated. Recommend use of HE only detergent and very, very small amounts. Typically that of one measured teaspoon maximum. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a new Defect found service call visit. No parts used. No charge the customer. Job complete."

Tell the customer to keep the selections on 2 for a at least 48 hrs, and if the still freezes, put down to one mark only on the refrigerator, check the unit for the 24 hrs later.
