This is a Whirlpool Electric Wall Oven (Not Combo).Upon arriving customer indicated unit in need of service is wall mounted compact microwave Model number WMC50522HZ2, Serial number XVX4001378. Upon discovery that Whirlpool created dispatch for the incorrect product advised customer that this compact microwave oven mounted in wall by home builder carried a one year factory warranty against defect in materials and labor . Listed DOP 3-29-2021 shows unit is out of the manufacturers warranty period.Additionally with exception of the turntable glass dish, there are No serviced replaceable parts made available from the manufacturer. Unit is Unrepairable. Advised customer due to to nature of microwave failure, do NOT USE this product. "JB out 8/28/23. Customer states unit does not wash all detergent out of the detergent cup. Upon arrival verify detergent club does open and there is some detergent resident within. Tested dishwasher in presence of customer. Verified water entering. Dishwasher is far below that of the required 120°F. Water is actually entering dishwasher cold to the touch. Found installer supplied by selling dealer has not install dishwasher correctly. Dishwasher control panel is catching on the wooden cabinet on the left-hand side. It has caused cosmetic damage. Also tow panel cover is missing was never installed and this pose is a serious life hazard issue. Installer must be contacted to return and correct all installation issues. Remind customer installation issues are not covered under the manufactures warranty as the manufacture of all the dishwasher. The installer is responsible for installation deficiencies. Freezer door seal had popped out slightly on the bottom of the door about a week ago. This created an air gap that led to frost build up and vent blockage. Used heat gun to repair the gasket and got rid of the air leak. Used steamer to clear ice blockage. Refrigerator section is now receiving air flow again.

Verified with soap bubbles cut out old connector. Installed new coupler pressure tested again at 150 psi nitrogen unit is holding recharge system 68 g of our 600 unit is working as designed now.; used 1 W11504445 (Coupler), and 68 R600 (68 grams) from stock"

Tested operation of oven by heating a large bowl of water for seven minutes and end of cooking cycle, open microwave door and found bowl of water, boiling and producing steam. Verified steam on interior ceiling of microwave, oven cavity. Advise customer exhaust vent hood feature of microwave and is not designed to ventilate the interior of an cavity. It is normal for foods that are heated, which contain a high Contant of water or moisture will produce steam if cooked or heated, uncovered. Foods that contain a small amount of water will give off much less or no steam. Unable to verify any mechanical defect today. Microwave oven is operating as it is designed. The steam being detected by the consumer is normal. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No repair made. No charge to customer. Job complete."
