JB out 8/26/23. Customer states washer does not fill with water. upon arrival customer corrected complaints to read washing machine. Drain drain cycle backs up out of the standing drain pipe behind washer. Tested washer in normal cycle. Verify wash refills and agitates. When washer drain water backs up from standing drainpipe. Customers been instructed to contact a qualified plumber to clear the blockage in the drain line. Advised customer one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete.

Freezer door seal had popped out slightly on the bottom of the door about a week ago. This created an air gap that led to frost build up and vent blockage. Used heat gun to repair the gasket and got rid of the air leak. Used steamer to clear ice blockage. Refrigerator section is now receiving air flow again.

Replaced listed part in order to fix poor ice production issue. Tested after unit completed harvest and filled with water.

"Not a recall , but sealed system repair for a leak Checked the unit is still cooling but has leaked refrigerant very slowly, pumped the system to 150 psi of nitrogen tested all the connections found the transition coupler between the condenser and transition piece to be leaking. Verified with soap bubbles cut out old connector. Installed new coupler pressure tested again at 150 psi nitrogen unit is holding recharge system 68 g of our 600 unit is working as designed now.; used 1 W11504445 (Coupler), and 68 R600 (68 grams) from stock"

Replaced filter dryer because evaporator was frosted over. Unit was working but replaced dryer to ensure lines are cleared and refrigerant is passing through.

"JB out 8/26/23. Customer states the refrigerator cabinet is not level and intermittently makes vibration or rattling noises. Door handles are loose.Upon arrival, found cabinet not level and wobbles, handles are loose. No repair parts needed today.Estimate has been approved.Adjusted cabinet level. Now Doors are even on top and close properly. Tested water dispenser operation-ok. Removed and reinstall all three doorhandles noting existing scratches on doors due to loose handles. Instructed customer how to remove and properly reinstall the Toe Panel Grille to gain access to the condenser coils and recommend they be vacuumed and cleaned every 2-3months. Advised customer that the vent system takes steam and smoke produced by cooking on the cooktop directly below the OTR microwave oven up and directs it outside the house. Tested operation of oven by heating a large bowl of water for seven minutes and end of cooking cycle, open microwave door and found bowl of water, boiling and producing steam. Verified steam on interior ceiling of microwave, oven cavity. Advise customer exhaust vent hood feature of microwave and is not designed to ventilate the interior of an cavity. It is normal for foods that are heated, which contain a high Contant of water or moisture will produce steam if cooked or heated, uncovered. Foods that contain a small amount of water will give off much less or no steam. Unable to verify any mechanical defect today. Microwave oven is operating as it is designed. The steam being detected by the consumer is normal. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. No repair made. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"JBout 8/26/23. Customer states freezer is freezer properly. The refrigerator is not cold enough. Upon arrival found unit with physical damage the top right hand corner of freezer door and also damage the top right hand corner of cabinet, preventing top, right hand freezer door hinge from aligning properly preventing the door from closing completely. Found frost buildup in freezer due to freezer being overloaded and also door not sealing properly. Adjusted freezer door upper hinge as best as possible, taking in consideration the physical damage which prevents a complete and proper alignment. Also adjusted the cabinet level higher in the front so both doors will close and seal better. manufactures warranty does not cover physical damage after seven days from purchase date. Whole foods from both refrigerator and freezer sections must be removed. Open both doors and unplug from electricity for a full 36 hours to allow all frost to melt. After 36 hours closed both doors and plug power cord back into power outlet and allow unit to run for eight full hours before placing perishable foods back in refrigerator. This will allow the cold air pathways in our field across to clear in the refrigerator will again receive cold air from the freezer and maintain proper temperature. No charge the customer. Job complete.NOTE: This unit was purchased OPEN BOX with physical damage existing."
