"Customer is still getting to 11°F and has a higher of 19°F in the garage due to the fact that the gasket was not sealing correctly for months on end advise customer to do a manual defrost for 2 to 3 days to get rid of all moisture buildup from months of not sealing up starting over and then going from there. Customer will call back if they still have cooling issues after defrosting it manually for three days., compressor and fans are working ok"
