Unit had multiple codes. Had smart hq hooked up. Valve issue draining issue and out of balance. Found hot water wasnt ever turned on. Found stand pipe wash in correctly. Was way to far in drain pipe. Ran a full diagnostics test and found locking mechanism wasnt aligned correctly. Now unit fills washes and drains and locks correctly. Ran a calibration test also. Job completed. Unit is now working as designed
