Moisture building up under the cabinet. The exhaust vent from the bower housing was off. The screw that is normally in place to keep it from moving was not present. Placed the vent in the proper position and installed a screw to keep it from moving

JB out 11/8/23.Customer states unit does not power up or run and no display is illuminated.Upon arriving found installer has incorrectly installed dishwasher mount downs brackets incorrectly leaving a sharp edge exposed providing a potent ion injury hazard (see quick pic photo).Removed toe panel and J box cover to test for power and found installer have very poorly installed appliance power cord to appliance wire harness. Do knock out insulator was used allowing wires to rub against knock out hole if J box. Wires very poorly connected leaving a short circuit/fire hazard potential (see quick pic photos). Instantly unplugged piers cord from Power outlet. Instructed customer to contact installer to return an properly and safely correct this installation deficiency.Advised customer: Whirlpool provides a very good product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The product warranty does NOT cover installation corrections of any kind.Reinstalled J box cover and toe panel.ADVISED CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THIS DISHWASHER UNPLUGGED FROM POWER SUPPLY UNTIL THE INSTALLATION CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE.NO REPAIR MADE NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE.

Upon arrival unit was placed on diagnostic mode test 45 and ice maker was not filling. Water valve removed and replaced. Unit is working as intended now.

Sr#7737746839 unit not defrosting again. I called tech line and they had me test thermistor. Thermistor was in range. I removed and replaced main control and thermistor just in case. All tests good.

Found unit booting up and down constantly. And freezer evap fan not runnning. Replaced main control and evap fan harness. Tested unit. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Two error codes cause by oversuds condition. Recommend Customer run empty cycle with vinegar to eliminate excess soap build up.
