"Upon arrival, inspected unit, replaced actuator, main control, and lid latch tested unit unit passed all test did notice that the downpipe for the drain is very short and the external drain hose goes all the way to the bottom of it could be causing pressure issues not allowing the machine to run as it should advised consumer to make that downpipe at least 36 inches for proper drainage of the machine but at the moment the unit is working as intended job complete"
