"On states that the unit is properly on the cooktop customer states the elements will get red and then they wont be red but then theyll get red again. Found new style elements requiring full contact on surface for high heat. Customer does not want to accept that the unit will cycle and maintain an average temperature. Unit is operating as designed no functional failures found directed customer to customer care, and to use in care manual."
